I had a procedure here this morning. As someone who has worked in a medical office and someone who has had a few procedures, I was a bit nervous going in for this procedure. I walked in and was immediately put to ease by the friendly staff. When I went back, I noticed the cleanliness of the facility (something you tend to look for after having worked in a similar setting). I could not get over how smoothly this entire process was. From start to finish, I was continuously impressed at how at ease everyone made me feel throughout the entire process. The term 'well-oiled machine' keeps coming to mind. Everyone knows what their job is and knows how to perform it. Although I know they do these procedures regularly, I never felt like just 'another patient'. I was spoken to by name, and asked if I had any questions, or concerns multiple times. Melissa and Patti were so sweet. Bill, my anesthesiologist, was very kind and patient with me, as I was nervous. I cannot gush about my experience here enough. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!
